The CPM is responsible for directing and developing clinical practice within the program across the patient care spectrum. The CPM is responsible for the management of the multidisciplinary team competency within the program. The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible to support, promote, and lead through example, the adoption of the organization’s mission, vision and value. The Clinical Practice Manager supports the orientation of newly hired staff to the program. The Clinical Practice Manager assists in the development of a comprehensive education strategy for the multidisciplinary team that aligns with the program and organizational strategic priorities. The Clinical Practice Manager assists in developing and refining relevant policy and procedures that govern practice within the program. The Clinical Practice Manager liaises with the Director of Professional Practice and Clinical Support Services as required to support clinical practice related goals that apply to HDGH.
